Airfield Map Reading and Radio Chatter Training

As an enthusiast and hopefully one day I will learn to fly a light aircraft, there is a game I usually play when either bored or generally in the mood.

I will listen into JFK Air Traffic Control while reading the Airport Diagram to determine where the aircraft are on the field.  You have to be quick, the chatter is very brief.  This can also assist training pilots with their radio communication to help cut out the meaningless chatter.

Tracking Ships

Marine Traffic
Interactive and Live, you can click on the vessel to gather extra details.  Even a picture of the vessel.  Easily the best free resource I have found online.

SailVX
Seems more technical (maybe more basic) and not live.  Has technical info such as wave sizes, pressure and lots of other geometric information.

Tracking Satellites

An awesome website for live tracking of satellites which uses the Google maps interface:

The International Space Station

It is quite accurate, In Zebbug, Malta with a group of friends we were watching a bright object pass over.  I assumed it was the ISS and was proved correct when I checked http://www.n2yo.com/?s=25544.
